I'm available for PAID PET VISITING. That's visiting them at your home, and also looking after your plants.

I can tend to your pets, water your garden and vegie patch, and bring in the mail. I can put out the rubbish even when there isn't any, to make it look like someone is home.

My background as a security patrol officer means I'm observant and I know how to report anything suspicious or noteworthy.

Areas covered: Shire of Mundaring from Darlington & Hovea in the west through to Chidlow & Wooroloo in the east.

I have experience looking after a great number of many diverse pets. Over many years I've lived (house sat) with countless dogs (very small, medium, large), countless cats, dozens of fish, some crustaceans, many flocks of chooks (up to 65 birds in one location), geese, sheep, goats, cows, alpacas, ponies, one miniature horse, four miniature ponies, guinea pigs, big pigs, and many birds including budgies, red cap parrots, galahs, weiros, an eclectus and others. Plus bandicoots (quendas), possums and kangaroos.

This experience was gained from many years of continuous house sitting in over sixty homes and properties all over the hills starting in 2011. See my page about that at house sitting.

BOOKING FEE / MINIMUM CHARGE: $100, paid in advance and non-refundable. This is credited to your total cost.

RATE: Usually $40 per visit.

$60 per day if two visits are required each day, i.e. $20 for the second visit.

Where there is an extensive list of pets or other animals and/or extensive watering, the rate is by negotiation. If I need to take your pets to your vet a charge of $25 per hour will apply.

Usual rate for once-weekly visits: $50. If a second visit is required in any week (perhaps there is a heat wave) the rate for the second visit in that week is $30. For example, if a once-weekly visit is $50, a second visit attracts a fee of $30, making the effective rate for that particular week an average of $40 per visit. A third or fourth visit in that week would be at the normal rate of $40.

We can discuss various timings for payment if the visits are ongoing (i.e. more than four or five visits). I'm very flexible about whether some is paid in advance or in arrears, how often, and whether it's cash or via online direct credit (I'll give you the BSB info).

FREE: A visit to discuss everything, make detailled notes, and possibly take photographs or videos (if that will help me remember how to feed your animals etc).

FREE: Emails to you while you're away, with reports and photos of your pets & plants.

FREE: Debriefing after your return, if required.

If I'm already gone when you return, please contact me upon arrival so I don't have to worry that you've been delayed and your pets are getting thirsty.
